For day-time orders, we provide same-day dispatch. We take 3-7 business days (for Indian orders) & 10-15 business days (for International orders) for processing your order. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.

You can use Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, CCAvenue, or international payment gateways and even Cash On Delivery for domestic to make payments for your purchases.

All the items are delivered through our logistics partners DHL, DTDC, FedEx & UPS.

Please report the return to us within 7 days of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us of the same.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
